If you are experiencing any issues with your racquets and would like to discuss a return or exchange, please download the return form (link to form), fill it out, and follow the instructions on the form. Then, include the completed form with the racquet in a box and ship it to the address on the form.

Return Policy / 30-day Trial Period:
All racquets come with a ‘No Questions Asked’ 30-day money-back guarantee. If for any reason you don’t love the racquet, simply download the return form (link to form), fill it out, and follow the instructions on the form. After completing the form, place it along with the racquet in a box and ship it to the address provided on the form. Once the racquet is received in California, we will process the exchange or refund on the same day it arrives. Please note that you are responsible for covering the cost of shipping.
Warranty Policy:
All racquets have a 6 month Warranty against manufacturer defects.
But as with anything, there are wear and tear components: The edge guard is a protective barrier that adds perimeter weighting (but from normal use will get scraped and eventually loosen from repeated contact with the ground) and need to be replaced. The grip is another item that over time, again depending on how often you play may need replacement.
These latter points are considered wear & tear. Not a manufacturer’s defect.

- Warranty is non-transferable and only valid to the original purchaser.
- Proof of purchase is required (bank & credit card statements can be used).
ProKennex may exercise the right to judge and determine whether a racquet is covered by our warranty and whether to replace it.
What is not covered by the warranty?
Please note: If any of the below occurs, please still contact us and we will see what we can do to take care of you.
- Normal wear and tear, abuse and negligence.
- Any modifications made to the racquet after purchasing.
- Fading of graphics.
- Hitting other objects (other than the ball) such as the ground or wall (this can weaken the racquet or loosen the trim).
- Not being the original purchaser.
- Buying from a non authorized ProKennex dealer.
How long should a Racquet last?
Racquets themselves depend on how often and how hard you play.
Some individuals like a new racquets every 3 months, others 1 year and some up to 3+ years.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 17602 17th St Suite 110 Tustin Ca 92780.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
